WHAT TIME DOES THE WELCOME DINNER START?

The Tropical Balinese Dinner starts in the evening of arrival, around 6:30PM. We recommend selecting a flight that arrives early afternoon to attend. If you arrive earlier, we can store you luggagae in your room until the villa is ready for you. Start you trip off with free welcome drink sand a traditional Balinese photoshoot - all included.

WHICH WEBSITES SHOULD I USE TO BOOK MY FLIGHT?

We have a few websites that we highly recommend when booking flights. Some of our favourites are Skycanner, Expedia, and Google Flights. If you need assistance on booking your flight to Bali (DPS Airport) do not hesitate to contact us.

You are responsible for purchasing your own roundtrip flight to Bali

We require all of our guests to have travel insurance to be on the safe side. You can do some quick research on which company works best for you and offers medial/trip coverage. They are not expensive.

A travel visa may or may not be needed for this trip, depending on the country in which you hold a citizenship and passport. Please use this free tool to determine your Visa requirements. (https://www.viahq.com/citizens)

It is your responsibility to be up-to-date on all your vaccinations required to travel. Please visit your nearest travel clinic.

SPENDING MONEY

Since mostly everything is included on our retreats, you won't need that much spending money. We recommend $300-$400 for emergencies, souvenirs, extra drinks, few lunches, and dinners on your own that are not included. You can bring your local currency and exchange it in Bali for the best rate.

CAN I COME ALONE?

Totally! Jetset Squad is all about making new friends, so if you want to join us but are concerned about traveling solo - do not worry. There will be other like-minded individuals who want to have a good time and experience Bali with you. We suggest booking a "Shared Room" package to split the cost and save money on this dream trip.

HOW MUCH FREE TIME IS THERE?

Our entire itinerary is optional, but included! You do not have to do anything you do not want to do. We have scheduled a couple of days that include a free time window on the itinerary. Please take a look at the itinerary on the product pages gallery.

WILL I BE SHARING A ROOM AND BATHROOM?
WHAT IS THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS?

If you are joining us with a friend or coming as a couple, you both wil share your own private room with an ensuite bathroom. Each guest must purchase their own "Shared Room" package.

If you are traveling solo, we will pair you with another same-gender solo traveler who will share the room with you. Cut the cost down and save money by selecting the "Shared Room" package.

All solo travelers who want their own private room will have to pay and extra fee for single occupancy. Please select an "Individual Room" package.
