ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Unless specified otherwise, flights are not included in our packages. You are responsible for arranging your own flights to and from the destination unless otherwise mentioned in the trip details.

WHEN DO I BOOK MY FLIGHT?
You may book your flight after we have sent you a confirmation e-mail for your booking with us. Please make sure your flight arrives to the destination on the arrival date of the trip. Check out the itinerary of the trip to make sure your flight aligns with the schedule.

WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE AIRPORT? 
The airport codes for each trip can be found on the respective product page. Please refer to the specific trip details to obtain the accurate airport code for your arrival destination.

DO I REQUIRE ANY VACCINES?
It is your responsibility to make sure all required vaccines and/or PCR/Antigen tests are taken for the specified destination that you are traveling to. Please visit your nearest Travel Vaccine Clinic for more details.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
All travellers must have a valid passport for any international travel and many countries require at least six months validity from the date of return.

Some countries also require a machine-readable passport and/or unstamped available pages. When you book a trip with us, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid passport and meet the requirements, it is your responsibility to make sure.

You must ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities (including, in certain cases, visas for transit points). This may include Covid-19 PCR/fit to travel documents or proof of full Covid-19 vaccinations.

Any fines, penalties, payments, delays or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa, Covid-19 related or immigration requirements.

DO I NEED TO KNOW ANY OTHER LANGUAGES?
No. English is spoken and understood widely in most of the destinations we offer. Your trip hosts and local tour guides will also be a team of fluent English speakers.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE ?
We absolutely recommend and require that every traveler gets travel insurance with the option of trip cancelation cover. We will NOT take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances, Covid-19 related situations, cancelations, fees or inconveniences for flights and other expenses in the unlikely event that a trip be postponed or cancelled. 

You must ensure that all travel insurance purchased meets your particular personal requirements and you should arrange additional insurance if necessary.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel insurance that covers and is appropriate for your needs. We will not be liable for any loss you incur if and insofar as you can claim for damages under a travel insurance policy.

You are required to carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if reasonably requested by us or our suppliers. Failure to do so may result in your being prevented from participating in certain activities without the right to any refund.

WHERE EXACTLY WILL WE BE STAYING?

CAN I JOIN YOUR TRIPS AS A SOLO TRAVELER?
Absolutely! Solo travelers are more than welcome to join our adventures. Jetset Squad specializes in creating a community atmosphere, so get ready to make new friends and share unforgettable experiences with like-minded fellow travelers!

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON THE TRIPS?
We aim for intimate group trips with a preference for 8-20 participants. Occasionally, trip sizes may vary, and larger groups may be accommodated. For specific details on each trip's group size, please refer to the comprehensive information provided on the respective product page.

DO YOUR TRIPS ONLY CATER TO WOMEN?
Our trips are inclusive and open to both men and women, unless otherwise specified. Please make sure to check the details of each trip.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE AGE OF YOUR TRAVELERS?
We welcome a vibrant community with ages ranging from 21 to 35 and beyond. Our adventures are designed for the spirited and adventurous souls who bring energy to the squad.

WILL I HAVE TIME TO DO MY OWN EXPLORING?
Definitely! Your adventure, your way. We've built in 'free time' every day, and the trip itself includes ample moments for you to explore on your terms. While all tours and excursions are included in your itinerary, they are entirely optional. Feel free to opt out at any time, ensuring you have the flexibility to create your own unforgettable experiences.

CAN I ONLY PAY FOR ACTIVITIES I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN?
No. All activities and tours are included in the package, but they are entirely optional. You're free to choose which ones you'd like to participate in, making it a customizable and flexible experience tailored to your preferences.

HOW DO I BOOK A TRIP?

WHAT IS THE BESTIE DEAL?
Bring your Bestie!!! SAVE BIG and split the cost by sharing a Queen size bed with your fav travel buddy.

To secure the deal, ensure that all Besties complete their bookings within 24 hours of each other. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of the transaction, requiring you to initiate a new booking. Don't miss out – coordinate your bookings to enjoy the special offer together!

WILL YOU PROVIDE ROOMMATE MATCHING FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY?
Absolutely! Traveling solo? Let us help you save money and make connections by offering free roommate matching! Please be aware that rooms may feature either 2 single beds or 2 double beds, and sizes are not guaranteed. Rest assured, you'll be paired with a like-minded individual for a luxurious shared accommodation. Please note that each guest in a shared room must purchase their own package.

We highly recommend this option – not only does it help you save, but it's a fantastic opportunity to make new friends and enjoy the journey with the squad.

ARE THERE ANY PRIVATE ROOMS AVAILABLE?
Certainly! For added privacy, we offer the option of private rooms on some trips, subject to availability. Simply select 'single occupancy' at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that single occupancy is limited and comes at a premium, so secure your spot quickly to enjoy this exclusive option.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY BOOKING IS COMPLETED?
After completing your booking, expect a confirmation email detailing your reservation, along with a comprehensive day-to-day itinerary and information booklet. Additionally, we'll send you a form to gather essential details, including dietary restrictions and roommate matching preferences.

Don't forget to check your junk mail, and be sure to mark us as 'not spam' to ensure you don't miss any crucial updates.

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE? 
We offer convenient payment plans to make your dream trip more accessible.

A one-time non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot once paid. Payment plans must be fully paid two weeks before the trip departure date.

In the event of a failed payment attempt, you'll receive two warnings and a 24-hour grace period to complete the payment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your spot, and all payments made are non-refundable.

ONCE I’VE MADE A DEPOSIT, IS MY BOOKING SECURED?
Absolutely! Your booking is firmly secured once you've made a deposit through either the full payment or payment plan option. Until a payment is made, spots are open and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We operate on a dynamic system and do not hold spots.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Refunds or trip transfers are not possible due to vendor agreements, contractual obligations, and pre-paid non-refundable bookings for tours. This policy extends to all situations, including those related to Covid-19, as they are beyond our control. We recommend carefully considering your plans before booking, and if you have any concerns, please reach out to us for clarification before making a commitment.

In the event of a trip cancellation due to COVID-19 or similar circumstances, rest assured that we will reschedule the entire trip to another date. Your full trip value will be transferred to the new dates, prioritizing your safety and travel experience. Please note that the itinerary is subject to change to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for all our participants.

If you choose to cancel your booking within the first 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. However, any cancellations made after this initial 24-hour period will result in forfeiting the right to a full refund.

CAN I TRANSFER MY BOOKING TO ANOTHER PERSON?
Should you choose to cancel after the initial 24 hours with no refund option available, you have the option to transfer your booking to another guest. Please note that it is your responsibility to find a suitable replacement traveler. Jetset Squad will not be involved in the transfer process, nor will we facilitate any financial arrangements between you and the new traveler. We recommend coordinating the transfer and payments directly with the new guest. In the absence of finding a replacement, refunds will not be provided.

DO YOU OFFER CREDITS?
No, we do not offer credits. All trips are considered final sale, and once your payment has been applied to the specific trip you signed up for, it cannot be credited for future group trips. We encourage careful consideration before booking to ensure you are fully committed to your selected adventure.

WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU USE? 
All prices on our website are quoted in $USD. During the checkout process, your local currency will be automatically converted by your bank. Please note that your final charge will be in $USD. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal for your convenience.
