ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Unless stated, all our packages DO NOT include flights. 

WHEN DO I BOOK MY FLIGHT?
You may book your flight after we have sent you a confirmation e-mail for your booking with us. Please make sure your flight arrives to the destination on the arrival date of the trip. Check out the itinerary of the trip to make sure your flight aligns with the schedule.

WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL AIRPORT? 
This information can be found on each Retreats' product page.

DO I REQUIRE ANY VACCINES?
It is your responsibility to make sure all required vaccines and/or PCR/Antigen tests are taken for the specified destination that you are traveling to. Please visit your nearest Travel Vaccine Clinic for more details.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
All travellers must have a valid passport for any international travel and many countries require at least six months validity from the date of return.

Some countries also require a machine-readable passport and/or unstamped available pages. When you book a trip with us, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid passport and meet the requirements, it is your responsibility to make sure.

You must ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities (including, in certain cases, visas for transit points). This may include Covid-19 PCR/fit to travel documents or proof of full Covid-19 vaccinations.

Any fines, penalties, payments, delays or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa, Covid-19 related or immigration requirements.

DO I NEED TO KNOW ANY OTHER LANGUAGES?
No. English is spoken and understood widely in all the destinations we offer. Your trip hosts and tour guides will also be a team of fluent English speakers.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE ?
We absolutely recommend and require that every traveler gets travel insurance with the option of trip cancelation cover. We will NOT take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances, Covid-19 related situations, cancelations, fees or inconveniences for flights and other expenses in the unlikely event that a trip be postponed or cancelled. 

You must ensure that all travel insurance purchased meets your particular personal requirements and you should arrange additional insurance if necessary.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel insurance that covers and is appropriate for your needs. We will not be liable for any loss you incur if and insofar as you can claim for damages under a travel insurance policy.

You are required to carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if reasonably requested by us or our suppliers. Failure to do so may result in your being prevented from participating in certain activities without the right to any refund.

WHERE EXACTLY WILL WE BE STAYING?
All Jetset Squad retreat accommodations are 5 star quality villas or hotels with the best hospitality and service to accommodate all our guests. To ensure everyone's safety, the exact location will be provided the night before departure if requested.

CAN I JOIN YOUR TRIPS AS A SOLO TRAVELER?
Absolutely! We welcome all types of travellers. Jetset Squad specializes in group trips, so be prepared to make new friends!

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON THE TRIPS?
We prefer intimate group trips totalling 8-20 people.  Sometimes we may have larger trip sizes. Please check the full details on the Retreat's product page for more information.

DO YOUR TRIPS ONLY CATER TO WOMEN?
No, both male and female can join our trips. Unless stated otherwise.
Please make sure to check the details of each trip.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE AGE OF YOUR TRAVELERS?
Between the ages of 21 – 35+. We cater to adventurous and energetic souls.

WILL I HAVE TIME TO DO MY OWN EXPLORING?
Absolutely, each day has its own “free time” and the trip itself will consist of a partial free window to yourself. All tours and excursions are optional, but included in your itinerary. You can opt out at any time.

CAN I ONLY PAY FOR ACTIVITIES I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN?
Our group retreats are designed for group participation. Unfortunately, you can not pick and choose which activities to pay for. All tours and excursions are included in your itinerary, but participation is optional. 

HOW DO I BOOK A TRIP?
Simply select from one of our upcoming retreats. Checkout can be made in one full payment or by using a payment plan. Each retreat will have full payment plan details on the product page.

WILL YOU PROVIDE ROOMMATE MATCHING?
Yes! If you are traveling solo and want to save money by sharing a room, we will roommate match you for free! Please keep in mind that some rooms will have 2 single beds/ 2 double beds/ or 1 king bed with ensuite washroom. Rooms sizes are not guaranteed. You will be matched with a like-minded individual of the same gender and be provided a luxurious accommodation. Please note: Each guest in a shared room must purchase their own package. We highly recommend this option!

ARE THERE ANY PRIVATE ROOMS AVAILABLE?
Yes, private rooms might be available on some trips for an additional fee. Select ”Private Room” at checkout if possible. If you have already paid for a shared room and would like to upgrade, please contact us. Private rooms are limited, so act fast. Default bookings are placed as double room/shared.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY BOOKING IS COMPLETED?
You will then receive a confirmation e-mail of your secured booking with us. As well as the full day-to-day Itinerary and information booklet. We will also send you a form to complete for more information such as dietary restrictions and roommate matching info, etc.

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE? 
Yes payment plans are available. A one time non-refundable deposit will be required. Once you have paid the deposit, your spot on the trip is secured.

The product page should have an automatic payment plan system in place to choose from.

If there isn't an automatic payment plan system to choose from, we will then send you an invoice on the dates of the payment plan arrangement (see the retreat's product page for details) for the remainder of the payment. If you make your booking after the last payment plan date, we will create a custom payment plan for you.

ONCE I’VE MADE A DEPOSIT, IS MY BOOKING SECURED?
Yes! Your spot is only secured once you have made a payment towards your trip using the full payment or payment plan option. Prior to that, anyone can fill your spot. First come, first served basis. We do not hold spots.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Unfortunately due to vendor agreements, contracts, and pre-paid non-refundable bookings for tours, we will not be able to give you a full refund or transfer you to another trip if you are unable to attend. Same rules apply for any and all Covid-19 related situations because it is out of our control.

If the trip gets cancelled due to COVID-19 (or similar), we will reschedule the entire trip to another date. You will get the full value of your trip on the new dates. Itinerary is subject to change.

If cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, you will receive your full refund. If your booking is cancelled any later than 48 hours after booking you will forfeit your right to a full refund.

CAN I TRANSFER MY BOOKING TO ANOTHER PERSON?
If you still decide to cancel after 48 hours (no refund option available), you can transfer your booking to another guest. It is your responsibility to find another traveler to transfer your booking with us. Jetset Squad is not responsible for transferring bookings to new guests and will not refund you if you can not find another traveler to replace you. You and the new traveler must work out the payments between yourselves, Jetset Squad will not be involved in any transfer parties of any kind. 

DO YOU OFFER CREDITS?
No, we do not offer credits. All retreats are final sale and can not be credited for future group trips because your payment has already been applied to the trip you signed up for.

WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU USE? 
All prices are quoted in $USD on the website. Your local currency will be converted at checkout with your bank.

Your final charge will be in $USD dollars.
We accept all major credit cards/debit cards and Paypal.
